This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made through CoParty Makers Club (“CoParty”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
All payments are processed securely via our payment partner, Paddle (“Paddle”).
By making a purchase through the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Payment Processing
All transactions, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, are processed securely by Paddle. CoParty does not store or process any credit card or payment information. Paddle’s Terms and Refund Policy apply to all transactions.
Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that the digital product or subscription has not been accessed, activated, or substantially used. Once features or digital services have been accessed, refunds may not be granted.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first requesting support may result in suspension of access to premium features or account limitations.
Refund Evaluation
All refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle, in accordance with their Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. CoParty does not make final refund decisions and cannot override Paddle’s evaluation.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for past payments unless eligible under the 14-day refund window.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact Paddle directly using the purchase receipt email or the Paddle support page. You may also contact us at hi@coparty.club if you need assistance locating your Paddle order information.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for past payments unless eligible under the 14-day refund window.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
• You violate these Terms
• You pose a security or legal risk
• We discontinue the Service
You may delete your account at any time.
Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
