These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoParty Makers Club platform (“CoParty”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). CoParty Makers Club is owned and operated by CoParty, an unincorporated entity preparing for formal registration.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By using CoParty, you confirm that:
• You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
Account Registration
When creating an account, you must:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Use of the Platform
CoParty provides tools for building teams, discovering talents, collaborating on projects, and connecting with creators.
You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include:
• Uploading harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting identity
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
CoParty does not provide job postings, recruitment services, or employment matching. The platform is strictly for creative collaboration, project building, and community-driven teamwork.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload.
By posting content, you grant CoParty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and operate your content as part of the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content:
• Does not infringe any third-party rights
• Does not contain confidential or sensitive data
• Complies with applicable laws
We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Projects, Teams, and Collaboration
CoParty facilitates team building and collaborative workspaces but does not guarantee outcomes, performance, or the behavior of any user.
Users are solely responsible for their collaboration agreements, communication, and deliverables.
CoParty is not a party to disputes between users.
Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features may require a subscription or one-time payment.
When purchasing through CoParty or third-party providers (
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record. Depending on your location, applicable taxes such as VAT/GST may be added at checkout.), you agree to:
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize the applicable charges
• Comply with the refund policy in effect
All refunds are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
• You violate these Terms
• You pose a security or legal risk
• We discontinue the Service
You may delete your account at any time.
Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.
Payment-related access or suspensions may also be handled according to Paddle’s terms, as Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, logos, design elements, and platform technology belong to CoParty Makers Club.
You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Third-Party Integrations
CoParty uses third-party providers such as:
• Firebase (authentication, database, hosting)
• Vercel (deployment)
• Analytics and email providers
• Payment processors (such as Paddle)
These services have their own terms, and you agree to comply with them where relevant.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous, error-free availability
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Success of collaborations, projects, or team formation
You use the platform at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from user interactions
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the past 12 months
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; those will apply only to the allowed extent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
Payment-related disputes are governed by Paddle’s terms and applicable law in Paddle’s jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
